I keep looking for this thread on the RCI board, but . . .
I'm still going through forced cleaning and sorting, and yesterday I ran into a stack of TS stuff . . . like the secret trading power formula that was divulged to me by my insider, just before he took the cyanide pill.
I found my stuff from Lahaina Inn from our last stay there, Jan '06. LI is a typical lesser SW FL resort, one of those beachfront hotel/motel conversions of the late '70s/early '80s that has not been in active sales for 15-20 years. Like many of them, though, it has it's own on-site real estate office, one that handles resales, in this case for other properties as well. Betty Simpson, Summa Group, Inc. 239-463-3181 or 239-463-3444.
Speaking only of the units on the beach (as opposed to across the road), LI has 2 studios, 22 1-bedroom units, 6 2-bedroom units, and 1 stand-alone 3 bedroom cottage. When we were there, for weeks 52 through 12 there were no 2 bedroom units for sale, there were around 20 1-bedroom units ranging in price from $5000 to 10900, and the 3-bedroom cottage was available 3 weeks @ $11000.
MFs were: 1-bed $415, 2-bed $450, 3-bed $475, it saying taxes figured separately.
There, now I can pitch that stuff.
