I am looking at buying a timeshare at Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina. Has anyone stayed there, is it nice. The maintence fees went up $200 recently. Is that a one time assesment or an onging fee. What would a good price be for a beachfront villa and what woud a good price be for a Marina villa be.
