Buying multiple wyndham timeshares on ebay

Its my first post on this site and looking for some help. Im intersted in buying resale points on ebay for the wyndham resorts. It seems like i can get a real good deal on less points. Im just curious if I bought two TS to the same resort do I pay two maintnance fees or do they combine the two? is there a chart they go by for the specific resort that tells you go by for fees. Thank you

You probably will pay multiple closing if you bought a lot small contracts. Make sure after add the closing, it is the same.

If it is converted week contract, each week should cost you the same in MF if they are the same size unit at the same resort.

If it is UDI contract, the MF is a fix ratio per 1k in the same resort.

The contract will not combined.

The only different is the membership fee. If you have total over 300k, they will be same ratio per 1K.
