This is a deeded week Week. 4th of July week.

It is 86,500 points week year.

Price 2,000.00

IS this a good week to buy?

MF 824.00 yearly.

IMHO -- No. Nice resort, but the second/third easiest in Florida to trade into. MF too high.

Summer month in Florida. Too hot for most North Americans to go. The only tourist that come are from Europe in the summer to Florida.

I would pass there are always last minute deals to Westgate. Also not near the beach.

I agree with Tony about the resort. However, if it is already converted to 86.5K points, that makes it a little more attractive. You want to be under 1 cent per point on maintenance fees and you would be close. I've never been there but I heard there are some nice amenities there. That would lead me to believe raising mf's to keep things top notch is not so much of an issue but that is just a guess.

For comparison, I paid around $2k for 91,800 pts and a mf that fluctuates with the exchange rate from $750 to $850.
