  • Fair Price for EOY Resale Harborside at Atlantis

    Hi everyone,

We are looking into purchasing at Harborside at Atlantis.

    Here's what we're looking for:

2BR LO Every other year Gold season or fixed mid July week. We have been looking around and we see all kinds of pricing. At the same time, Annual usage same criteria is about same price as EOY usage.

My question is, what would be the fair price for my above criteria? Should I expect to see EOY usage and Annual usage resale price to be the same?

Thank you all for you input.

I can not help u with pricing BUT - make sure u want to visit in mid July because it is VERY hard to change your week at this resort.
Starwood will tell u it is a float week but most owners used their aassigned, purchased week.

This is actually the best time for us. Kids are out of school.

I just wanted u to be aware that it is not easy to change your week - there is another board member who purchased a week 39 but really wanted to travel week 44 (NJ Week) - and it is not easy to switch time at this resort.

The prices u r seeing on the internet are just asking prices...so the fact that u r seeing the SAME asking price for EY as EOY is telling u that someone is being unrealistic about their pricing.

Even though summer is gold season - at this resort it is a VERY high demand time so it is important to get what u want,
If you end up with an EY week, you can always rent the year u do not go and use the money to pay your mfS AND STILL HAVE MONEY LEFT OVER.

Keep us posted with the prices u find..... start looking at eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices and following the 'completed' auctions - which will show u wat prices weeks actually sell for - not asking price.

Try Redweek and My Resort Network for more pricing ideas.
