Would I be able to book 2 rooms at a GPR Resort in Cali the same week since they have the 1 in 4 rule. Also when booking multiple rooms the same week do you pay just one exchange fee or 2?

The same or consecutive weeks will not cause any problem with the 1-in-x rule as long as you are booking the same property.
One exchange fee for each week booked. In your case that would be 2 EFs.Lawren
