I own 1 annual floating summer week, and enough RCI Points for about 1 more week per yr, so count me for 2.
Sadly, I have a hard time using even those 2 weeks, because of school schedule and the fact that we do other types of vacationing (lots of camping, long weekends to local resorts areas, etc).
4-every year float
2-odd year float
2-even year float
3 weeks Diamond points
I pay MF as I make reservations so I don't get hit all at once in December.
Most I use for myself or family. A few I exchange but not much anymore. With lock-offs and bonus weeks I get about 10 weeks every year. Too many. I'd like to pare down.

Whatssa matta Tony, you getting too old to come to KY?
Yup- cancelled last year's trip due to health problems and the swine flu really has me worried. Down to 1 for now since that's about all we can use for a while (still have banked weeks and the one left gets us 2 weeks). It's a lot easier to buy than it is to sell or rent
3 RCI Points Packages (177,000 total)--two of them are used to reserve the underlying fixed 2 bdrm lock-out unit every year to give us 5 February-March weeks at the same resort in Ft. Lauderdale where we own 3 deeded weeks (our "snowbird getaway")
That's 19 maintenance fees to pay every December while we live on rice and beans and attend a lot of holiday parties
OMG!!!
Thanks Jennie, I was worried I was becoming a timeshare addict but thanks to you for sharing that I feel much better now. My family thinks I'm nuts because I was actually contemplating buying 2 more units. Maybe we need to form a TA (timeshares anonymous) group.
I had gotten down to six (2 Panama City Beach, 1 New Smyrna Beach, 1 Dik, 2 Aussie) but got tired of having to work around the 1-in-4 Grand Pacific Resorts rule, so recently purchased a EOY at Seapointe for 1$ on e-bay.
I needed another maintenance fee like another hole in the head, but what the heck.
I love ebay too... that's my problem, all those .99 and $1.00 TS temptations. I need to stay off the site.
Wow Doug.. By the way, thanks for posting the pictures of Custom House, I enjoyed them. I'm going in 3 weeks so was curious what it was like. Now I know.
