There are some very positive ideas posted on this tread. Now I wish you would send all these positives suggestions to all the major t/s CEO's, t/s boards and the resorts HOA's.Comment

I think the letter to my resorts would go something like,
"It's been a fun ride, but . . .
Oh, what the heck, let me just cut to the chase. I don't much want these things anymore, and y'all have pretty much run the resort into the ground, so whatya want me to do with em?"
