So I haven't stayed at those timehares as much as I used to.Life is short, live it with this awareness.

As do we. It isn't that the resort is so wonderful, it's not, but the location can't be beat. I have actually truned down exchange to The Ridge at Sedona (whicj is lovely) and Sedona Summit (another lovely resort) for Arroyo Roble. Having a location where you can walk to uptown can't be beat.

Yes....Velas Vallarta and Casa Velas in Puerto Vallarta Jalisco Mexico
Royal Villas in Mazatlan Mexico
Pacifica resorts Agua Penthouse in Ixtapa Mexico
Mayan Palaces in Mexico
Palace resorts in Mexico
Yes I like Mexico LOL.
Have also a timeshare in New Hampshire Attitash Mtn Village, used to go every year but now either trade or give to son...
Had to cancel the Velas this year and the Pacifica in Ixtapa and most likely will not see mayan either but hoping to at least make it to Royal Villas in Mazatlan late Sept/early Oct. and then a trip to states to visit son and new grandson....hope my health issues allow this....Timeshare Addict - Mexico Travel Abounds - Happy Vacations!!

Meadow Lake Golf & Ski Resort. We have owned there since 1994 and since we have 3 weeks converted to points we can always go for a week and have lots of points leftover. I can totally relax while I'm there as it's like a second home. Another favorite is Camelback where we're returning for 3 back to back weeks in Nov. This will be our 3rd stay.

I just don't understand your negative affinity. If I hated something, I'd try to avoid it. For instance, I hate Notre Dame and I NEVER hang out on their message board. Not even to taunt them for losing so much to USC.
I don't mind that you are around. I'm just puzzled by it. You are fair minded and provide a valid contra timeshare point of view.

It is unfortunate that his ownership left such a bad taste in his mouth and I'm sure there are many that share his views.
The good news is he enjoys being here for whatever odd reason and that we can change a persons feel for a "bad" ownership or save a person from making that very expensive bad purchase. Isn't that what we are all about?Lawren
