Harry Gross: Why very few are happy owning a time-share | Philly | 06/01/2009

Above is a link to an advice column in the Philadelphia Daily News.. "I know of only two cases where owners of time-shares are happy with what they have: one in Florida and another in North Carolina. Every other owner I have ever come across is unhappy."

Harry doesn't seem to be very savvy in regards to the industry, but nevertheless seems to think his advice is worthwhile.

    Such a shame....

I love to see the ignorance of timeshares out there as it means there are a lot less people competing for the units I want to buy.

Timesharing if bought right still makes a lot of sense to us.

Can't be Bing - he knows there are more than 2 of us! AND, there was no mention of how much better B & Bs are.

Maybe it's Harry "PCC" Gross with a follow-up piece to come: "Folks, send me $800 and I will sell them for you!"

Harry needs to visit this forum for a few hours. Would do him some good. Someone should email him the link.
