I'll email you the information that is required on the authorization form that the seller needs to sign in order for you to request an estoppel. And, the info required on the estoppel letter itself. It's easy. Only 1 page of info.

Just put it into a Word document and you will be all set.

What is an estoppel?

It's that little thing you put under the door to prop it open. LOL.

Well, actually, it's a letter that someone sends to a timeshare resort to verify all of the relevant information on a specific ownership. It includes things like maintenance fee and taxes paid and owed. Any outstanding debt. Late fees. Unit numbers. reservations. Stuff like that.
