When Robert Wallick was asked to take what he could out of a timeshare and strip it all down for cash, the Winter Garden businessman couldn’t believe how much of the contents were still in good condition and would be reduced to piles of electrical wire, aluminum and other recyclable materials.
“There’s so much stuff; it hurts me to see it being thrown away,” Wallick said.
The resort in Haines City is owned by timeshare magnate David Siegel, who is restructuring portions of the building and doing away with the banquet facilities and kitchens. He solicited Wallick, owner of Robert Wallick Associates, to clean out the place of anything that could be recycled.
