Sending the rescind letter, now what?

Bought Wyndham Bonnet Creek while on vacation. Did some research when I got home and found this site. THANK YOU! Well, the cancellation letter will be mailed out certified with signature tommorrow. I'm still within the 10 days. I searched but couldn't find any topics on what happens after they receive the letter. How will I know if the cancellation ball is rolling? How do they contact me? Do they send documentation of the cancellation? Should I call them? Should I send all the material they gave me back? The required disclosure says to just send a a cancellation letter. It says nothing about sending their stuff back.

Any info is greatly appreciated!!!

EDIT: Also, since it is a PO Box, what if no one is there to sign for it?

I've never had a POBox but when I'm not home I get the little pink slip of paper that I have to bring in.

Now that you avoided a costly mistake, It may be time to consider buying on the resale market. Apparently you liked the idea enough to buy at the highest price, so you may still like the idea at a much lower price. Prices are as low as I have ever seen them in the past 14 years and this or next year may be the year to buy. Do some research and due diligence here before you buy.

That was easy. I just looked at my CC statement today and they refunded the down payment. Time to research resale!
