I dont know if anyone out there knows what is happening at Anfi del Mar. What is the reason and who is responsible for the worst ever results in Sales.Obviously the blame has to be by the way is conducted ( Director of Sales). If you can go and have a drink in Havana and chat with some of the reps and Managers you will find a negative atmosphere in general. The dictatorship by the two top bosses in sales is the ongoing subject. Terminating good people that are not prepared to say yes to these two gentlemen is not the answer. Erling ( scandinavian Manager), Joe ( English Manager), Darren ( Inhouse Manager), These 3 people that have proved within the industry with positive results in Sales and Management at the highest level. These are the people that should be leading the operation. Anfi should not let good people go specially when they are good at what they do. Good people are very hard to get, specially in this industry. Someone should open their eyes before it is too late.

Anfi Disaster

It looks like the Directors of Anfi are waking up. They have sacked Marcus Martin. What will happen to his pet Matt ?
