Springbrook resort, which is betwen the Interstate and christmas Mountain, has a 5 bedroom house and 4 3 bedroom houses in which they are selling fractional interest. You can use your time, bank with RCI Points, or rent it out thru them. Springbrook has a 9 hole course, an indoor and an outdoor pool, and a gameroom connected to the pro shop and restaurant. Thre are 330 homes there, mostly second homes, only the 5 homes are in the RCI Points program.
