  • Ugh...This don't look good...

I purchased on the 9th of october...sent the cancellation on the 14th of october..overnight..and I am still sitting here waiting on my refund. They told me it would be 30-45 days. Not sure what I should do seeing what the law says about the 30 days... any ideas? Any suggesstions are welcome..

If Texas law is 30 days, it might be 30 days from the 14th rather than the 9th. If you don't get anything by Friday, call them and find out what the status is. If you don't like what you hear, tell them your next call is to the attorney general, and then make that call if necessary.

      Yes, what TonyG said.

Let them know that the AG is "monitoring" your situation and that you'll be reporting back to them (the AG's office) with updates.
