Some of former Yugoslav republics are not well promoted unless they can be good travel destination. Montenegro and Serbia have saved and wild nature (especially Montenegro). Tourist infrastructure is bad, but there are a lot of amazing landscapes and possibility for walking holiday and rafting. Macedonia has so beautiful lake - Ohrid lake with old medieval city Ohrid on its coast. Ohrid lake is one of the biggest lake in Euorope.
