  • EU regulations on compensation for delayed or cancelled flights

I have added a link in the links directory to the complete text of the EU's regulations on compensation by airlines for delayed or cancelled flights which apply to all flights to, from, or within the EU.

The TS4MS Links Directory can be found here: Timeshare Links Directory

A good one . It's really being tested just now with the ongoing ash issues .Airlines claim its much too wide and generous...guys like Ryanair and Easyjet feel that to be asked to pay for say 2/3 nights accommodation when the traveller has paid say €5 is way over the top.

If they don't like the rules, don't fly in the EU or don't offer the 5 pound fares.. I feel no sympathy for those guys.

      Cheers
