I was actually surprised to see United and American rated so poorly. I guess it just goes to show how low my standards and/or expectations have gone for airlines over the last several years. I guess it's come down to, if they get me from point A to point B in the same day and get my luggage to me when I arrive, it's been a good flight.

First time we flew since 2005 to Colorada on a small express airline that was great and only took 2:11 minutes from Sacramento Ca to Colorada Springs.

We went to visit our daughter in Dallas and flew American Airlines and had very nice flight with very nice employee's. I would rate American with A+ for our flights.
