Can anyone use a res in Breckenridge this week?

I have a 2 bed 2 ba at Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge. Checkin was actually yesterday (fri Aug 5, checkout Fri Aug 12).

My MIL fell and broke both wrists and is having surgery Monday. We don't feel right being out of town.

If anyone can use it, I would be happy to pass the week on. I called the resort and they graciously said under the circumstances, they wouldn't require a guest certificate which is so decent of them.
