Have you used the Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets? If so, what did you think of them?

I think they are great for use when traveling.

They r great for travel and since most TS do not have full size washer dryers I cut them in half length wise. Put them in a ziplock bag and you r good to go!

I used to, but I no longer use them, as they ruined two of my dress shirts. Here are others with similar problem.

I've used them for a few years and haven't had problems with them. Maybe cause I usually travel with all dark colors and I might not notice the stains but I really only use these heavily in other countries like Europe.

Now I've been just going to a Dollar Tree or Walgreens and buy a cheap liquid detergent to use at the TS and leave it behind for the housekeepers.

I use them but, I'll let the washer fill up with water and the 3 in 1 sheet first, then add my clothes. I've always been told that, with top loading machines, you should never dump laundry detergent on top of your clothes. I can't say I've always followed that rule but, something about these sheets causes me a little more concern.

We've been taking them traveling with us for the last two years and have had no issues with them. I plan to continue to use them in future travels. I wil say that I read a report (consumers reports maybe) that said they were no better than washing you clothes in plain water. I find that hard to believe but, we've never really put them to the test by putting really grungy clothes into the washer.

I have a box that I use exclusively for travel. I do not use them at home as I suspect they don't do a great job but certainly acceptable enough for travel togs.

Thanks for the information. I use these on vacation like many of you and have used them at home some too. And now that the spots were mentioned, I have some on some sheets that have some. Now I know where they came from!

Yes, I appreciate that information too! I used them a year ago when traveling and did also notice some mysterious spots once. Now I know where they come from.

We have been using them on vacation since they came out. Gotta be 2-3 years. I like them for vacation. Easy to pack. No lugging liquids or powders around.

You do have to follow the instructions and put in first - let them get wet and then put the clothes in.

I like the smell of the clothes. We don't wash anything REALLY dirty - so I'm not sure if they work well for that.

FWIW, the spots can happen even with putting the sheet in first and letting th tub fill halfway before loading anything.

Strangely enough, we discovered the Purex sheets when we were visiting our son in South Korea. We have used them for travelling, since they are easy to pack, and I don't need to go out to buy detergents and softeners.

We love these sheets and have been using them since they came on the market. We haven't experienced any problems with them.

I've never tried the sheets. My daughter is going to university this fall and I think they will be perfect for her. I might try them out out on our trip to Wydham Bonnet Creek next week.
