We are scheduled at Oak and Spruce, south lee, on Sept 11. Anyone know if they are flooded?

My concern would be your NJ accomodations. Call Oak n Spruce to see if they are taking incoming guests or the info woud be found on their website. A power outage would also be a cocern.

A dam broke somewhere near the CT-MA border on the Mill river and the Housatonic river is flooding in CT, but neither of those should be a problem. I just got power back, so I haven't seen any area news yet.

All of western MA and CT are under a flood warning right now, but with no rain expected until this upcoming Sunday, I would also expect a return to normalcy
in 2 weeks.

I called Oak 'N Spruce yesterday as I own there. They are totally fine with no damage.
