I am very loyal to Southwest. The new Rapid Rewards program has no blackout dates or flight which is very nice. Even with the old program that they chose which flights used awards, I never had problems.

As a family of 3, we fly about 4-5 times per year and I have never paid for a flight yet!

Helps that I use their credit card for everything and we earned a companion pass with them that allows my husband to fly for free with me. The point...very easy to earn their points without ever having to pay for a flight to get them!
