This whacks mostly the two lower tiers of elites, who are severely devalued. Above that the upper levels of elites are not impacted much and below it the non-elites are not impacted. If you are CO silver or gold or UA 1P or 2P, it is probably time to look at other ff programs.

The video does leave out one significant change for silvers, the decrease in free checked baggage from two bags to one bag. For international flights, this means you get no more free baggage allowance than John Q. Pulic. It does not go into detail about the devaluation of upgrade benefits, which are also quite severe.
Not as bad as DL yet, but that put themselves several notches below AA and even US for silvers and golds.
