Priceline Airfare

I'm not sure Priceline Name Your Own Price airfares comply with the new federal regulations. If they post/advertise a fare, it has to be the total fare, including all taxes and fees. So, you would think that if you bid on Name Your Own Price, it should include all taxes and fees.

If they advertise a $150 fare, that would be the total fare, but my $150 bid today totalled $196 after taxes and fees.

Not sure the new rules apply as the airline or priceline is not advertising a price, just responding to your offer.....and you do know the total price before accepting.
