Has anyone used Advantage or Fox Rent a Car at the Phoenix Airport? Add on fees and taxes are terrible there!

We are going to Phoenix and Sedona in a few months so have been looking at rentals. I thought about using Fox. Then I found a discount for hertz on the II website that made hertz just as cost effective.

A little more information on finding the discount. I found it on the II exchange page as a small ad almost at the bottom of the page.

If you are a member of Costco you should always check Costco Travel for car rentals. Last month I got a Ford Escape for a week at Orange County airport for $117 all in using Costco.
