How about "How many airlines have you worked for which are no longer in existence?"
I worked in the industry for:
Trans International
Transamerica
Swift Aire (twice)
Air California
Golden Gate
Imperial
Wings West
American Eagle (San Luis Obispo)

The number of airlines on which I have flown but no longer exist would be more difficult to remember.
