Southwest flights

Is there a way to see where your airplane is coming from before it gets to the airport that you are catching the plane? If so, how? We are leaving on SW fight and with the weather I am interested in the plane's route before it gets to us.

I have been able to figure it out, but I don't remember now if it was on the Southwest site or on another site, one of those that tracks flights. If I can find it I'll come back and post.
