  • Jet Blue

Looking at airlines/airfare for an upcoming trip and one of our options is JetBlue. So if you've flown them, tell me your experiences with them.

I have only flown Jet Blue twice. Both times I was very impressed. First was from Oakland to JFK (nonstop both ways). That was a few years back and I don't remember much. Just remember liking the individual movie screens. No food available, just snacks (free), but I knew that ahead of time. Second trip was a few months ago, Tampa to Reagan (D.C.) What I remember about this flight was that there seemed to be more leg room (and seat room) in Economy than in other airlines. I would definitely fly them again.

I like them very much. Newer planes with leather seats, snacks, fabulous terminal at JFK. Individual TV. First bag free.

They also have some options that for extra $$$ you can "upgrade". Since our flight was so short we didn't. I found our cheap seats to be very comfortable.

Thanks. Haven't decided what we are doing for sure yet or where we will fly from, but wanted to know if they were good or bad. Sounds like good.

Great airline, I normally buy 1 leg at a time if one deal is good and the other leg is high

I've flown them several times and liked them. Remember to bring headphones or you can purchase them onboard. They were $2 last time, but they did not take cash, only credit cards.

Had an awful time with them in terms of cancellations recently... Jet BOO... But the seats and service are comfier than many competitors.

Jet Blue has changed their cancellation policy, but they are still my preferred airline. Also really like Virgin.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

FYI - Their $2 headphones work great at the gym, with your laptop, etc. I usually buy a few at the airport before the flight.

Only flew them once when on East Coast but we were very happy with them. We have several relatives that use them as favorite.

I went ahead and booked my tickets. Was the cheapest option. We opted to do the upgrade since one flight is 5 hours.

                            Thanks for the help.

                              Good choice!

I have been using JetBlue exclusively for all of my air travel for about 10 years now. They are the largest Airline in both NYC, and Boston. They are constantly adding new routes and they partner with Hawaiian Airlines, and Aer Lingus.

Have been a member of their TruBlue points program for many years as well. Get many award flights as well.

No I don't work for JetBlue, but I am a huge fan.
