Surprised too..... that London receives 50 per cent more than Paris ..maybe Olympics . Also thought San Fran would be much higher up list .

San Francisco is a relatively small city. And I agree about London/Paris, though I imagine that there are still plenty of anti-Francs around. Also, if London is more of a hub for other destinations, it would be more likely to be combined with other European destinations. We have many flight options through London from NYC.
Over the last few years I've noticed a lot of Russian tourists and I'd gathered they enjoy Paris because they are often dressed in French clothing. There are a number of Russian Restaurants opening throughout SE Asia.
I'm trying! Really I am. Not hard enough tho....Out of the top 20 cities, I've only been to 4. And, my next trip abroad will mostly be Dublin, and it's not even on the list.

If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.
Yup year round lately.
It's starting to look like Manhattan down here.
You gotta watch out for pedestrians everywhere too.
They just jump out in front of your car everywhere.
