I have reserved a car from Hertz via Hotwire. Does that mean that I can't do the fast pickup and drop off that I normally can via my Hertz number 1 club?
I haven't used Hertz but normally, when I book with a service such as Hotwire, I can call the rental company directly and make sure that they get my VIP code entered on the reservation. Maybe try calling Hertz to see if they'll let you do it.
