I was wondering where do you stay while visiting some of these places ? Do you use expedia ?

If I am not familiar with a place, I use either an In Your Pocket guide if there is one (none for these places), a Rough Guide or Lonely Planet, or booking.com

Three of these were day trips. Liechtenstein was a day trip by car from Germany. Anguilla and Dominica were by boat from adjacent islands.
