New Exciting Trip for Us

As many of you know, our DS, DIL and grand baby Were living in South Korea. We visited them 4 times. This summer, he accepted a position teaching for the American International School in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam? Since they have decided not to come for Christmas, we are going to visit them next month! He has a school break during our visit, and is thinking we may go to the island of Phu Quoc for several days. Can't wait!

Emmy, we hope they return home to Canada at some point in the future, but unfortunately there are no teaching jobs here in Toronto. Hopefully, their next posting with the International schools will be a little closer to home, maybe Europe. These 20-plus plane rides are killing us! LOL

That is really exciting. Good for you! Be sure to try some Pho of course. Banh Khoai or banh xeo is also worth a try ooohhh and so is bun thit nuong. Ok, now I'm hungry and jealous. Have a fantastic time!
