I asked, "How did you do that if you're not even logged in?"
When I did it, it did the same for me . . . showed me a page which made it appear that it had accepted the bid, and then asked for log-in info and payment. Once I did that, then it said the bid was not accepted.
Strange, though, while it was waiting for me to accept their counter, and gave X amount of minutes to respond, I logged on again and submitted a new, lower bid, which it accepted.

After months of searching for Denver 9/17 for 10 days believe it or not I got a deal on RCI. I got it for $316 instead of over $500. Looks like they forgot to add the taxes but it is paid in full and I called Enterprise and they verified it. They said it would cost over $800 thru them. There was only one car they screwed up . I'll take it.

But it seems like these helpful little discussions aren't appreciated any more.
Sad.
Yeah, I realize you've been around awhile, and we used to have these little discussions about how to get rental cars, and airfare, and restaurants, and stuff like that, so that when someone else has to do the same thing, they have something to go by.
Guess we don't do that any more.
But it's curious, to me and me alone, I guess, that with all the different new ways to do it now, the older one still works best.RCI Member Since 24-Aug-1989/150-plus Exchanges***THE TIMESHARE GRIM REAPER~~~Exchanging/Searching/SW Florida/MO/AR/IA/Consumer Advocacy/Estate Planning/Sports/Boating/Fishing/Golf/Lake-living/Retirement****Sometimes ya just gotta be a dick
