Oil as a renewable resource
Every since I was in grade school, I've been told that crude oil is a fossil fuel -- the result of decaying dinosaurs. This was always taught as a scientific fact, rather than theory (although it has never been proven, and there are holes in the theory).
I've always been suspicious of that explanation. I mean, how could there possibly be that many dinosaurs?
Now, I find out there is a credible, competing theory on the origin of oil. One which is far more logical in my opinion, and one which proposes that oil is in fact a renewable resource. Consider the implications....
