So far, I have done ten of them - 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 18

I often wonder why it's mostly Americans who use the phrase "I have *done*" in regards to countries visited as tourists. It sounds, so, hmmm, conquering, or sexual, or something. I myself have not "done" any countries including the one where I reside. And as for the list of new seven wonders, it seems rather random to me. I'd rather see Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia on that list than Sidney Opera House. And where is Ed Leedskalnin's Coral Castle?

Vinolover, where is the Stonehenge II in the Texas Hill Country? I may want to visit it.

It's in Kerrville. It's a half size replica. We visited it on our last trip to the Silverleaf Hill Country Resort. We didn't see the real Stonehenge when we were in England (zipped past it on the train) so this was sort of fun. They also have a few mock Easter Island statues so you can tick off a couple of these 21 Wonders if you go.

You actually *liked* Sagrada Familia? I know many people think its a wonderful piece of architecture, but not me. I think the church is where we got the term "gaudy" from. Its a simple guess why Gaudi committed suicide.

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, look here, then let me know how you feel about Sagrada Familia.

I'd rather see Gaudi's La Sagrada Familia on that list than Sidney Opera House.

I have to agree with you. I studied Gaudi's work in school, and found it to be a bit much. He lead the Spanish Art Nouveau Movement, and was known for his organic & undulating forms.

I never cared for his style.....Although it was unique, I found it to be rather strange, and ostentatious.

I'd have assumed they'd want people who have seen them all (or at least most) to do the voting, in order to make informed choices, but doesn't look that way. Not only that, from their FAQ:
