Bed bugs seem to be increasing in Las Vegas ...
not only at run-down hotels but at some of the nicer properties
Bed bugs are typically spread by guests' luggage

mold-covered walls, leftover bathroom urine and a sink filled with
muck that had been trapped inside a hotel bathroom's faucet

Guests frequently vomit in the buckets before rinsing them out
and placing them back on the nightstand

Next time your ride on that plane or put your luggage
on Disney Magical Express Buses or in Rental Vehicles

Be sure to check it for bugs

Unfortunately, there are those amongst who bear the moniker of civilized human only in the loosest sense. That said, I've been in a lot of hotel rooms around the world and have never run into such issues. I have had a scorpion or two crawl under the dinner table while in Africa but figured it was part of the experience
