Can't find it and I am stuck on the credit card window. It won't go anywhere. I've checked and rechecked my codes, but nothing happens. When I go back to try again, it says I have a pending request.

I need HELP!

Paraphrased -Because of the high volume of callers at this time, we are only taking calls from travelers that are within 7 days of departure.....etc.

They have an email sight that I filled out and am waiting for a reply.

Received an email saying my cc was not charged and suggested trying another cc. I started over with a new cc, got through and now have a mini van for $29/day. I tried $27 and was refused a few weeks ago. Didn't want to play around so jumped the bid to $29 thinking that wouldn't get accepted either since comparison sites ran $44-55/day.

I'm done! The trip is ready for take-off on January 11th.

PS. We are using last of Hilton Honors points to stay at the Hilton Waikaloa for 2 nights. I'm reeeeealy looking forward to that!!!!!

Jan 11 is my birthday, and we leave Jan 12 for two weeks in Mayan Palace & Grand Mayan Riviera Maya. We have been to the Hilton Waikaloa, and it is a very unique resort, to say the least. It has the tram to transport you, and oodles of various types of art displays. We were there in January too, and you could see the whales offshore.
