SF/San Jose questions

I would appreciate if any one could give me advice on the following questions:
what is the best way, without too much expense, to get from San Jose to San Francisco? Is there a train or a shuttle and what approximate cost?
Also, to do a Napa Valley wine tour from SF, I have heard there are limosine
tours -any ideas on which ones are the best ones and costs?
