Looking for Restaurant Recommendations in Rome, Belgium & Costa del Sol

Going to Europe in early June, and am looking for recommendations for restaurants in Rome, Belgium & Costa del Sol.

I will be leaving for Italy April 22 and return May 5, we willbe in Rome for 3 nights so I will report on the restaurants we found when I get back.

If I recall Tre Scalineii was in Rome. It is a tourist trap that you will pay for but still worth going to. They have a very expensive Ice cream desert that is world famous. The view of the fountain and the street performers add to the ambiance.

Rome was one city where finding a good restaurant to eat while walking around whatever Piazza we happened to be near and looking at a menu or two was never a problem.

And, for between meal snacks- there is always gelato...can never get enough of that .
