Frank, I know that you said you took Alitalia over to Italy and took Delta back, and I believe you said that you were pretty satisfied with your flights?
Have others here flown Alitalia and what has been your opinions? I ask because I have been reading some reviews on a couple of air travel sites and most people have been giving really bad reviews of Alitalia saying a lot of delays and most disturbingly a lot of folks complaining about lost luggage and not getting any or much help from the airlines.
If some folks here have flown with them I'd really appreciate your feedback. Not that I can change my flights now anyway but maybe your stories will be good!!!
