In 2008 I am looking at a potential multiple flight segment trip. Fly from Nashville, TN to Salt Lake City and stay a week, then fly to Reno, NV for a week and then to El Paso, TX for a week and then back to Nashville. Is there any easy way to make reservations on the web all at the same time? Or do I need to go in and do all one way tickets?

The web travel sites (Expedia, Orbitz) and the individual airline sites all have an option on their reservations page for MULTI CITY (or some such designation). You can input your arrival and departure airports and dates for each segment you want to fly on one screen and then get a total cost for the entire itinerary.
Don't order one way tickets for each segment, that is MUCH more expensive (except perhaps on some carriers like Southwest Airlines).
