  • glad to be here!

    hello!
I have visited this site sometime ago really and i have just been sitting back trying to learn a thing or two, now I think I am ready to get a little more involved and start doing something. I am very interested in learning more about travel and acquiring property in other places.
I'm sure I'll find this forum useful and will hopefully be able to contribute with some experiences in the future.

    happy trip everyone!

Were all always happy to help. And what makes it better is when the person who has just learned from here goes and helps someone else. Welcome to time share forums.

I will put these questions just in case someone read this and fall into spam trap

Do you have any idea about Spain as a country? And do you know which part is good, which is bad, and why? If not, do you know anyone there or just a name?

Anyone claim they can do a good job to manage a foreign country property that you never work with is just talker. It is much better compare to pay them to just buy a TS from developer that you know will guarantee loss 90% of its value. At least you still get 10% of value.

There are all kinds of REIT in th US, if anyone really interest to become a international real estate owner, it is much easy just put into a REIT, that will at least has SEC monitor it, so the worse you know is you will get hit like ERON and just loss most of the money until SEC send you a check back.

If anyone interest, (s)he probably want to buy a TS there and try to see if they can manage it remotely first, much cheaper.
