What is this building (Washington DC)

I took this picture in Washington DC, and I'd like help identifying the building. All I know is that it's near the White House.

I think it is the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

Actually, I think that picture is of the Willard Intercontinental Hotel. The Eisenhower Executive Office Building is a very elegant old building, but it's not as tall and it's a different style.

It's the Willard. The Executive Office Building is on the opposite side of the White House.
