Sun Country Airlines - Go places on suncountry.com

Was just researching my california air on Kayak and this option came up. I've never heard of them.

    Any experiences?

They've been around for a long time, focusing mostly on charter flights to warm, vacation destinations. In the midwest, they are quite popular. I personally have never flown with them, but have generally heard good reports of them.

Sun Country is awesome! Their hub in is Minneapolis. We fly them when we can.

I recommend them. They are highly ranked in customer satisfaction. Leather seats, relatively happy employees, and even a hot sandwich....

ok I'll be sure to keep an eye on them. The fares aren't at "buy" levels for me yet.

They must have just started New York service.

We used them twice in 2007, once to Cancun and once to San Diego. They are usually cheaper than NWA, here in Minnesota.
