Has anyone used Vacations to Go for Cruises?

Discount Cruises, Last Minute Cruises, Cruise, Cruise Line, Cruise Vacation

I used them once about six years ago for a cruise. I was pleased with them, however these days I mainly use them as a reference or starting point for cruises. Why? Because unless the cruise lines have a promotion going for "any outside cabin" or "any balcony," etc for one price, it is hard to differentiate exactly which category they are referring to. Generally their price for "oceanview" is for partially obstructed unless you wish to pay more.

But you weren't asking that. You were asking if they were reliable and if you get what you pay for, and the answer is Yes. You can also talk to someone on the phone there.

Yes, my MIL just booked a cruise through them, and she's used them several times. Their prices can be amazingly low!

We booked with them to Alaska last July. Good price and no complaints.

I once booked with them and I was quite pleased but earlier this year I went on a combined galapagos islands cruise and and I have the time of my life first everything was relaxing but then when arriving to MP was so exiting! I must recommend this one, I'll totally do it again!

I used them last year on a cruise on NCL to Canada/New England.

I was happy with them until about 3 weeks before the cruise. Then NCL dropped the price and I paid $699 for a week and NCL was selling the same cruise for $399. Vacationstogo would not lower the price and NCL would not either because they said I had to call VTG. So lesson learned, if the price is the same as the cruise lines I'll book direct so I can take advantage of the lower price when they drop the price. The travel agencies won't do that for you. They've lost a frequent cruising customer for life.

I'm new to the forums and new to timeshares but I have previous experience with cruising! I have heard that NCL does not price match themselves and rebate you the difference after you have paid your final payment. This is true no matter how you book a cruise with them.
I travel Celebrity and I know from all my cruises even after my final payment is made, I end up getting many credit adjustments...always a nice suprise right before you leave!

                  Cheers,
