Co ownership on Deeds

Read page 396 in the Rci directory.

You can put up to two names on an Rci membership . If the owners live at two seperate adresses you can have more than one membership.

Why not put different family members on the deeds and have a few memberships. Can avoid 1 and 4 and has other benefits.

Most of the old timers remember it was common for folks to have mutiple accounts.

Scott people now a days are getting around the 1 and 4 which some are 5 now, by banking with the independents which is also cheaper to use.

Sorry buddy. Not all the independents have the inventory folks wants. Do you really think thats why folks join independents to beat the 1 and 4 or get inventory they may never see with II or RCI

Scott I do not think you know how big the independents have gotten. SFX has a ton of Grand Mayan units which is a 1 and 5. TPI has a load of inventory look in there Exchange Opps forum. They are no way as big as Rci but they have grown and RCI is feeling it because they are starting to change there ways slightly to the better because of the competition.
