Pat Bynoe-Clarke <patbynoeclarke@caymanairways.net> went way beyond and helped me to resolve a problem I had with 2 items that were missing from my luggage. She has answered every email I sent her promptly. My claim was turned down but she did her part to over turn it. It took about 3 months but she kept on top of it and got it processed.

I just want to say Thank you.

That's good to hear, I have a timeshare in GC. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past.
