The dollar is dropping like a stone these days. Against the € it is now $1.5956. How much lower will it go this time? Will it cross the $1.60 mark?
And, of course, it is also dropping against local currencies in eastern Europe, too.
Fortunately, I did some three currency deals $ to local currency to € through exchange houses with only about 0.5% exchange loss to convert almost all of my dollars to € not long ago when the rate was about $1.54. Unfortunately, I get paid in dollars, so the exchange rate pain is a continuing matter.
