Has anyone used CheapOAir.com? If so what do you think of them?

I just went on to see about a flight I have been following. The base price on the Jetblue sight is $169 and this site listed it as $127. However, with the taxes and fees JetBlue was $338 and CheapO Air is $386.

They look good (low prices and all) until you go to check-out, and find that the fees are almost as much as the quoted air-fare.

I have aways done better with Kayak, Shermans, or Hotwire.

I checked them out but no help on the IND--> PHX ticket I need for my MIL next March. Kayak has served us well for both our PHX trip in March and our Dec trip to Florida over the Holidays.

What didn't you find? I'm curious as I have always found what I needed at a better price with ITA as it allows you to deal direct with the airlines. Post your proposed itinerary and I'll look as well.
